Who I Am
I'm an artist, visual storyteller, and professional space-shifter based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
With a BFA in printmaking and a deep love for materials, I create work that blurs the line between fine art and craft. Linocut printmaking is often my starting point, but I rarely stop there. Embroidery, sculpture, sewing, and collage—plus the occasional thrifted treasure—tend to find their way into my pieces. I’m especially drawn to making wearable art, and I believe that creativity lives just as comfortably on a denim jacket as it does in a gallery.
As a visual merchandiser and interior designer, I bring that same energy into public spaces. Having lived on three continents, my aesthetic is influenced by the textures, colors, and rhythms of different cultures. My approach is intuitive, organic, and a little unexpected. I like to think of the spaces I touch as interactive—designed to surprise, delight, and invite you in.
I also speak to audiences about the messy, beautiful business of being human. I share stories about staying creative through life’s harder moments—especially those shaped by illness and transformation—and what it means to stay authentic in a world that often encourages us to fit in. As a multicultural, creative woman, I know what it means to forge your own path. And I love helping others do the same.
Whether I’m making prints, redesigning a space, or standing behind a microphone, the goal is always the same: stay curious, stay real, and never underestimate the power of a well-placed surprise.
